Carrier replies stored against their outreach record. Replies arrive through the inbound webhook (matched by reply-to token or sender address) or can be pasted in manually.

POST Header x-inbound-token: INBOUND_EMAIL_SECRET. Body: { to, from, subject, text, message_id }. The reply-to plus-address token (reply+<token>@…) threads the reply to the right carrier; otherwise the sender address is matched against known contacts.
